You must rise above your opponents by training your special units to their full potential, and equipping them with unique abilities and legendary weapons to improve their tactical capabilities.

Victory can be won by skillfully placing your units on the battlefield, and by becoming one of the greatest warlords in Dunmar’s history. A turn-based combat system with a proven rock-paper-scissors or even chess mechanics allows you to take your time and think through your moves, choosing the right unit and positioning it as you see fit.

Controls are simple: you just click on a unit to take command, and click again to place it in the correct sector, leaving no room for confusion. Warlords introduces players to its world with a few simple beginner battles, gradually adding levels of difficulty and additional aspects to consider. For example, terrain and altitude play an important role, as do the power relations between different types of units and their ratings.
