What is the ParentalApp?
ParentalApp is a spying application that allows parents to fully monitor and partially manage their children’s activity on mobile devices. You get the chance to check calls, messages, online communication, browser usage, location of your child.

Is it legal to use ParentalApp?
It is legal to install and use ParentalApp only on devices you own personally, or that belong to your underage children. ParentalApp does not condone the use of its software for any illegal purposes including but not limited to tracking people’s cell phones without their notice or permission.

Is ParentalApp visible on my child’s phone?
It depends on the type of the solution you choose.
If you purchase Android or iOS solutions, then yes, the app is visible. It runs openly and creates a visible icon on the target device. However, to change settings, disable or uninstall it, a PIN code is required.
If you purchase iCloud solution, then the app doesn’t need to be installed on the target device and hence, there is no app icon.

Can I monitor the target device without its owner being aware of it?
ParentalApp doesn’t have a stealth mode, runs openly and creates an icon on the target device. Hence, the owner can see the monitoring app at any time. Furthermore, we remind that it is legal to install and use ParentalApp only on devices you own personally, or that belong to your underage children. ParentalApp does not condone the use of its software for any illegal purposes including but not limited to tracking people’s cell phones without their notice or permission.

Can I track my child’s location with ParentalApp?
Yes, the app has the Location tracking feature. With the help of GPS, you are enabled to check where your child is, and see the spot on the map. Also, you will be able to find the target device if it is lost or stolen.

Where can I see the tracking information?
After you install ParentalApp, your personal Control Panel will be created. All the information about monitoring will be available right there via the web interface.

Can I delete data from my Control Panel?
Yes, you can delete data from your Control Panel. To do this, go to “Device Settings” section and click “Unassign Device” button in the lower-right part of the screen. After that, you won’t be able to access the information.
Keep in mind that this action cannot be undone. You will lose your subscription, and you won`t be able to use it any longer.

How to block incoming calls?
To block a specific phone number, you should add it to a Block list under the Settings tab. ParentalApp will block this number while it calls; the caller will hear the busy tones, and there will be no notifications on the tracked device.

Can I install and uninstall ParentalApp remotely?
Remote I installation and uninstall are only possible for ParentalApp iCloud Solution. For rooted Android and jailbroken iOS solutions, the installation and removal of the app can be done only while having the physical access to the device.
Note: if you use the iCloud Solution, there is no necessity for physical access, you only need the login and password of iCloud storage to connect/disconnect it to your Control Panel.

Can I switch one subscription between several devices?
Unfortunately, you can`t. One subscription is available only for one device, which you have chosen when setting up the app. You can buy a new subscription and add a new device, though.

Are there any tracking limits?
There are no limits for the Premium subscription. At the same time, if you use the Basic subscription, some limitations apply: you can monitor up to 700 calls and up to 300 SMS per month.

How to delete the ParentalApp?
If you want to delete the application or stop using it, get in touch with our Support Team.

Which devices support ParentalApp?
The vast majority of Android and iOS devices support ParentalApp. Check the Compatibility page to view the list of compatible devices or contact the Support team to get detailed info.

How to jailbreak iOS?
During the installation process, you will be provided with links to the third-party sources, where instructions on how to jailbreak iOS devices can be found. ParentalApp is not related to such sources in any way. In fact, you can find relevant information on iOS jailbreak online on your own and use it to get the desired result.
If you do not want to jailbreak the target iOS device, we suggest you use ParentalApp iCloud solution. It offers somewhat limited functionality but still provides extensive monitoring and doesn’t require physical access to the target device to be applied. Keep in mind that iCloud solution is provided with Premium subscription only.

Does jailbreak void a warranty? Can I delete jailbreak from the target iOS device to restore my warranty?
Yes, jailbreak voids iOS warranty. However, you can easily restore it. To recover your warranty, you should either update your gadget to the latest iOS version or restore it to factory settings. Please, note that the latter will remove ParentalApp from the device.

Is jailbreak visible while connected to iTunes or iCloud?
No, the jailbreak is not visible while connected to iTunes or iCloud and doesn’t affect their use.

How to root Android?
During the installation process, you will be provided with links to the third-party sources, where instructions on how to root Android devices can be found. ParentalApp is not related to such sources in any way. In fact, you can find relevant information on Android rooting online on your own and use it to get the desired result.
Keep in mind that Android devices do not necessarily require rooting to run ParentalApp. However, the app’s functionality on not rooted devices would be limited. Rooting lets you get full access to all ParentalApp features.

Is the application connected with the SIM card or mobile carrier?
The application is attached to the tracked device only. It doesn`t matter if you change the SIM card or the mobile carrier.

How can I pay for the application?
There are several methods of payment available. They include:

Can I cancel the automatic billing?
Yes, if you want not to be charged automatically, this feature can be turned off. You should contact our Support team or send us an email to disable this function.

Where can I see information about tracked calls and SMS?
You can check all the information via your Control Panel.

Is it possible to get a refund?
Refund is applicable in some cases after contacting our Support. Please, email us your refund request with the detailed explanation why, in your opinion, you qualify for a refund. Each case is thoroughly investigated as fast as possible, and our Support team always gets back to you to guide you through the refund process.

Should the target device be connected to the Internet all the time?
The application will gather the information from the target device even without the Internet connection, but to pass this data to your Control Panel, the Internet access is required. 3G Internet will be enough for this, but if you need to get the information about multimedia files, Wi-Fi would be much better.
